SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical field
  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in sales operations, preferable from Construction Equipment or Automotive industry
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Proven leadership and organizational skill
  • Ability to persuade and influence
  • Ability to make effective decisions on clear understanding of business and customer requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a local language
  • Analytical approach to problem solving, strong attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Experience working with SEA countries

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

At Volvo Construction Equipment you will be the commercial interface between dealers and customers in your sub-regional market:

  • responsible for Uptime & Parts turnover, implement service and parts concepts, manage local adaptation at dealership
  • scan markets in search for new ideas to increase profit, be brand ambassador for Volvo CE
  • close interaction with internal team and external dealer

MAIN TASKS

  • Create business plan and develop action plans, sales activities to achieve profitable growth
  • Roll out parts and service concepts and promotions at dealerships, when needed with local adaptations
  • Commercial development of dealers through coaching and training
  • Facilitate audit of dealer operating standards and follow up action with dealer
  • Represent Aftermarket logistics at dealerships and provide feedback
  • Price and profitability management
  • Participate in dealers’ network, organization and competence development
  • Regular customer visits to understand market requirements, pursue opportunities, gather feedback on competitor activities, perform competitive analysis
  • Responsible for operational parts sales (turnover and gross margin)
