We are looking for a Manager with tangible consultancy background to join our team working on local and global projects.
As a Manager, you will be a key resource on projects that help clients develop data driven workforce strategies, design compelling employee value propositions, identify and help manage people risks, and help businesses with a range of organizational and individual capability development initiatives. You will have an opportunity to work on projects that focus on enhancing an organization’s workforce potential to more effectively support business objectives.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • Around 6-8 years of relevant consulting experience, with the focus on the entire employee lifecycle
  • Relevant degree and potentially post-graduate qualification in Management and Leadership/ Psychology / Economics or other relevant fields
  • Excellent English and Hungarian knowledge, both oral and written
  • Fluent German knowledge is advantage
  • Advanced computer skills, mainly excellent PowerPoint background
  • Openness for new digital solutions such as generative AI, data visualization solutions, etc.
  • Accuracy, strong attention to details and adherence to deadlines
  • Analytical thinking, good problem solving and well-organized way of working
  • Client centricity, proactivity to assess the project goals and deadlines with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Good communication and people management skills
  • Flexibility to work on international engagements and travel on a need basis

Responsibilities:

In this role, you should be able to take the people consulting services to the market, deliver quality client service and insightful solutions, balance multiple priorities. In particular, responsibilities are including, but not limited to:

Business Development

  • Generate profitable revenue by identifying engagement project opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients
  • Drive business development and client pursuit activities by identifying the right targets, establishing and building client relationships, leading proposals’ development
  • Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions

Project Management and professional Consultancy delivery

  • Deliver professional people consulting solutions as a subject matter expert /leader of major local & global transformations, projects
  • Lead project workstreams from planning through to implementation – managing project resources and budgets effectively
  • Ensure high quality standards from professional consultancy, legal, financial, business and processes points of view which meet the EY policies and guidance

People and Project Team Management

  • Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior resources and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people
