Due to an international promotion and reporting to the General Manager New Zealand, we are looking for a disruptive and commercially minded Manager, People & Culture to provide strong leadership and partnering across our New Zealand business.
Sitting on the New Zealand leadership team, and as a key member of the ANZ P&C Team, you will play a crucial role in aligning P&C strategies that align with organizational goals.
Your impact:
You have developed and implemented strategies aligned with strategic priorities and business needs. You’ve driven PMI Talent and Performance Management processes, proposed local initiatives to enhance performance, and established frameworks, tools, and metrics for organizational readiness. Additionally, you’ve adapted global P&C products and services to address local needs, monitored organization health through surveys, and ensured effective change management processes. Lastly, you lead a Workplace Experience Advisor responsible for employee services and facility management.

Who we are looking for:

  • Significant P&C Business Partnering & Leadership experience in a matrixed multinational FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Retail environment
  • Relevant experience across multiple areas of P&C, such as, Talent Management, Learning and Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, & Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree qualification
  • A disruptive and impactful change agent with a passion for talent management and succession
  • Data driven and digitally savvy with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to align P&C strategies with business goals
