SUMMARY

We are experiencing tremendous growth and excited to add a strategic, hands-on, and ownership-oriented People Ops generalist to our global People Ops team. Operating as both a business partner to some of our largest functions, you also will touch all phases of the employee lifecycle through our integrated systems, reportings, initiatives, and drive key measurements and analytics as we continue to build and refine centralized operations and the people experience.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

People Ops Business

  • PartnerPartner with leaders and teams in assigned functions (technical & non-technical) to develop, prioritize, and implement people strategies, capabilities, and organizational design to align with our ambitious business objectives
  • Analyze current function performance and develop/drive initiatives to champion a high-performance culture
  • Serve as an advisor and coach on diverse people issues and lead complex employee relations with leaders and the teams
  • Leverage people analytics, including analyzing trends, to drive data-driven decision that improve People Ops objectives
  • Provide and approve compensation and mobility related inquiries, including compensation planning, job leveling, career succession planning, promotions, relocations, etc.
  • Support leaders with forecasting and planning their people and talent pipeline needs to meet our strategic agenda

HR Operations

  • Own, build, and continuously improve the global HR Operations function; oversee the People Operations tech stack and manage technical and administrative processes, systems, and reportings including assessing new tools and offerings that will drive efficiency and scale
  • Serve as the central core of People Operations for our global team through the entire people life cycle; prioritize inquiries to generate offer letters, personnel changes, routine audits, external reports for leaders, and ensure all people transactions are accurately and efficiently entered and tracked across all our systems that impact payroll, benefits, and 3rd party systems
  • Configure, support and optimize the design, development and performance of core people information processes, security maintenance, data loads, integrations, and upgrades
  • Recommend, advise, and train on process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes. Provide advice and options on the best way to automate processes in the system
  • Monitor integrations to ensure they are functioning properly and troubleshooting any issues that may arise

THE ROLE IS HYBRID IN OUR SAN MATEO OFFICE.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated pay range for this role is $130,000- $140,000. Other factors that impact compensation include stock options. The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity. Candidates may receive more information from the talent partner.
