Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and coach direct reports, enabling each to maximize their individual and team performance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer service excellence
- Ensure your team is equipped with the knowledge, training, experience, tools, and technology needed to achieve business results
- Use data insights and Best Practice tools and methodology to improve the employee experience, reduce transaction costs and streamline processes
- Execute and provide input into the evolution of our Tiered Service Model strategy
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators
- Collaborate proactively across HR and the business to plan and staff according to business needs and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal HR Technology teams and Centers of Expertise to support the implementation of technology solutions and system enhancements
- Contribute to tactical and strategic planning for HR Shared Service
