As a Manager People Partnering in our business, you will be pivotal in harmonizing with senior HR and business leaders to elevate value throughout various stages of our focus areas. You will have the opportunity to partner with our iconic brands on their people agenda and dive deep into the realms of culture, talent mapping, remuneration, engagement, and organizational structure, collaborating on groundbreaking projects that redefine the future of our workplace!
Offering expert guidance and coaching, and with a focus on service delivery excellence, you will provide invaluable support to senior leadership in navigating a diverse spectrum of intricate HR concerns. From cyclic people activities like reward and recognition, to creation of strategic people solutions stretching across development, succession planning, organisational design, and health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, the role is centred on delivering comprehensive assistance in the complex landscape of human resources. With a wealth of experience, we would love you to bring a nuanced understanding to empower senior leaders in making informed decisions and fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment.
