About the opportunity
We’re in search of a self-driven People Projects & Transformation Specialist who can drive successful HR capital projects. This 1 year contract role will be situated in either Malaysia or the Philippines and will integrate into our regional People Projects & Transformation team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management governance and organisational change management of People-related capital projects
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ruthlessly prioritise projects and scope/business requirements.
  • Identify, assess and escalate project risks as needed; and collate information to enable effective decision-making.
  • Ensure all cross-functional teams, senior leaders and stakeholders are aligned on project changes and decisions (eg. consistent alignment with all parties, comprehensive project documentation, lead governance meetings)
  • Ensure projects are executed against timelines, milestones and budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices, methodologies and tools to optimise project management and change management processes to improve the delivery of People projects.

What you need to be successful
-

Minimal of 5 years of experience in project management with at least 2 years managing People-related projects and organisational change management.

  • Highly motivated towards meeting goals and ability to motivate & influence teams to focus on delivery
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
  • Passionate about learning and changes, a creative problem solver who strives for excellence.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and diving deep into functional areas to solve project challenges.
