As a Manager you will undertake exciting programmes of work, where your approach to data and the ability to explain complex matters in simple terms, is needed to deliver value to our client engagements
Whether it’s mapping customer journeys and business processes, analysing data or assessing operational performance, as a Manager, your role will be to find new opportunities and deliver outcomes of real value to our clients and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Director of Performance Optimisation you will build client and stakeholder relationships, engage, and develop your teams and work with your colleagues across Concentrix Catalyst to make meaningful change happen.
Additionally, you will partner with the sales team and focus on identifying new business
opportunities and generating demand for clients.
