Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the development of an overarching strategy focused on building and strengthening key relationships with key pharmacy banner groups, wholesalers and private healthcare organizations.
- In participation with the commercial & functional business leaders, identify market opportunities that accelerate reach and scale of the business strategy and actions to deliver on ambitious growth plans.
- Be the conduit between the Lilly ANZ affiliate and key pharmacy stakeholders.
- Bring pharmacy insights into the Lilly business that will enhance the quality of decision making and brand planning.
- Leverage knowledge of pharmacy’s current and future challenges to unlock opportunities for Lilly to collaborate and deliver medicines to more patients faster.
- Effectively communicate with internal business stakeholders, including clear, accurate, and data-driven reporting on performance as well as insightful commercial learnings
- Skilfully leverage key expertise and skills from within Lilly where needed into the pharmacy channel to drive growth in patients reached.
- Experience in key account management in the private market would be favourable to enable accelerated business growth alongside high-quality, holistic patient care.
