We support customers on their end-to-end decarbonisation journey, from helping them acquire RECs, carbon credits, and using blockchain technology and data driven insights to assist in energy asset management.
Who we are looking for: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Technical Manager and Project Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on our Energy Asset Management System. This role involves a combination of technical expertise in energy management solutions and excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in both pre-sales activities, including client consultations and solution demonstrations, as well as overseeing the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion.
GoNetZero is backed by Singapore Stock Exchange-listed Sembcorp Industries and is the carbon management business of Sembcorp Industries.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related area.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, preferably in the energy sector or with energy management systems.
• Proven track record in project management, with the ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of energy systems, asset management, and related software solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  This is a 100% in-office position. The successful candidate must be available to work from our corporate office during regular business hours.

1. Pre-Sales Technical Consultancy

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements regarding energy asset management.
• Provide expert advice and consultations on how our solutions can meet their specific needs.
• Conduct detailed demonstrations of our Energy Asset Management System, showcasing its features, capabilities, and benefits.
• Customize presentations and demonstrations to align with the unique challenges and objectives of each client.
• Prepare and present technical proposals that clearly outline the value and ROI of the proposed solution.
• Plan and estimate development effort of client projects
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proposals are aligned with client expectations and sales strategies.

1. Project Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of energy asset management system projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, engineers, and support staff, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
• Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet the high standards expected by our clients and align with contractual obligations.
