Manager Platforms & Content - Arabic Speaker
The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton’s portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in the Hospitality and/or travel industry - marketing/product experience within the hospitality (hotel) industry;
  • Technically minded, basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies;
  • Some CMS experience (Wordpress, Laravel, etc.);
  • Relevant experience analysing data and presenting findings to internal and/or external customers.

Responsibilities:

Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for:

  • Building landing pages for destination marketing campaigns in Arabic language;
  • Complete a thorough quality assurance process and implement enhancements;
  • Consult the wider Marketing & Loyalty team on landing page capabilities and customer journey;
  • Work alongside the Sr Manager Platforms on recommending improvements for content and functionality, where feasible;
  • Proactively look for opportunities to drive landing page performance;
  • Maintain all live pages by completing any content updates submitted by internal teams or hotels;
  • Performance analysis of all landing pages to identify issues and opportunitie

  • Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English;
  • Influential verbal and written communication skills at all levels;
  • Confident and influential presentation and analytical skills;
  • Understanding of UX/User Experience, web design and product roadmaps and the digital development process, with demonstrated ability to experiment and pivot quickly;
  • A proactive self-starter who is highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, a positive attitude and collaborative approach;
  • Analytical and insight driven creative thinker. Experience with using web analytics is a plus;
  • Experience in working collaboratively across multiple departments;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to convert complicated results into simple findings;
  • Interested to learn and develop professionally in the area or product development and website optimisation best practices
