about the job

  • In charge of real estate and asset lifecycle management
  • Oversee a broad spectrum of investee companies, ensuring that the investments are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and maximizing returns
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and competitor benchmarks to guide investment decisions and strategies
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners and investee companies to ensure streamlined operations and effective communications
  • Collaborate with the finance team to review and analyze the financial performance of investee companies
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of assets, from acquisition to disposition, ensuring maximum value extraction and minimizing risks
  • Present concise and detailed reports on portfolio performance, investment strategies and market insights to senior management and board members
  • Identify potential risks in investee companies or within the portfolio, and devise strategies to mitigate or manage these risks
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team in the assessment, negotiation, and execution ofnew investment opportunities
  • Keep abreast of industry norms, legal and regulatory shifts, and optimal practices in real estate and asset management.

skills and experience required

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business, Finance, equivalent
  • At least 10 years of portfolio management or equity research experience, focusing on real estate and asset lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and optimizing a diverse investment portfolio
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data and design strategies accordingly
