Responsibilities:
MANAGE PRODUCT OFFERING (GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Product governance including product changes, product assessments and product monitoring
- Client communications & corporate actions
- Manage risks and control obligations
- Own product related incidents and issues
- Delivery of internal forum and board reporting
- Manage suppliers and supplier governance obligations
PROJECT DELIVERY (ROLE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY):
- Project manager for new investments to be offered to GIS clients.
- Manage implementation and change plan for new investments
- Liaise with investment provider counterparties and service providers to ensure product is delivered to GIS requirements and standards
- Ensure products and investment solutions are delivered to sales teams with appropriate training and supporting collateral
- Deliver a consistent client experience through seamless delivery of investments as part of broader investment suite and collateral
- Support the Product and Investment teams to review disclosure documents, negotiate side agreements and consider operational impact.
- Own and lead the investment governance framework, including operating as secretary to the Investment Management Forum and other supporting forums.
- Stakeholder relationship management with various internal teams and external suppliers to deliver and manage products
- Communicate pipeline of new product to internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures, and proactively manage risks
