Responsibilities:

MANAGE PRODUCT OFFERING (GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Product governance including product changes, product assessments and product monitoring
  • Client communications & corporate actions
  • Manage risks and control obligations
  • Own product related incidents and issues
  • Delivery of internal forum and board reporting
  • Manage suppliers and supplier governance obligations

PROJECT DELIVERY (ROLE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY):

  • Project manager for new investments to be offered to GIS clients.
  • Manage implementation and change plan for new investments
  • Liaise with investment provider counterparties and service providers to ensure product is delivered to GIS requirements and standards
  • Ensure products and investment solutions are delivered to sales teams with appropriate training and supporting collateral
  • Deliver a consistent client experience through seamless delivery of investments as part of broader investment suite and collateral
  • Support the Product and Investment teams to review disclosure documents, negotiate side agreements and consider operational impact.
  • Own and lead the investment governance framework, including operating as secretary to the Investment Management Forum and other supporting forums.
  • Stakeholder relationship management with various internal teams and external suppliers to deliver and manage products
  • Communicate pipeline of new product to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures, and proactively manage risks
