As a Manager, Professional Services, you will be joining a team of professional Implementation and System Consultants to lead with example to enable our people to shine in their roles, while making sure we meet our business objectives. You will be a key player in supporting our sales to close new deals, some of which you will be leading yourself as Project Manager. In other words, it is you who ensures that we deliver with quality and success for our customer and our business with happy and motivated team members. Your commitment to helping customers and our employees to improve and strengthen employee satisfaction and performance shines through in your work and daily dialogue with all stakeholders. You will also take an important role in driving Sympa’s transformation focused on the ability to scale our business.

As a Manager, Professional Services at Sympa you’ll:

The person we are looking for is independent, self-motivated leader with a hands-on, and result-oriented approach. A desire to take on new challenges in an environment that is experiencing rapid growth and change will take you far.

Here’s what we value in our candidates:

• Track record of Manager roles in the field of services or IT, preferably a SaaS company.
• Experience in Project Management and working closely with customers. Knowledge of PRINCE2 is an advantage
• Expertise in system implementation projects. Experience from leading projects in public sector is an advantage.
• Pre-sales experience and commercial mindset
• The ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced, international environment and collaborate effectively across teams
• Native-level Finnish language skills and excellent communication skills in English.
• You have great people and leadership skills – you are great with people of all backgrounds and comfortable working across management levels internally as well as on the customers’ side
• You have good business understanding and can easily grasp the needs of our customers
• You are a fun and brave colleague who naturally inspires and leads others
