JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for Manhattan WMS Implementation and Support with a client facing role in Europe

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Strong experience in Manhattan WMoS implementation & support
  • Expertise in Labour Management, Slot Management, Yard Management, MHE integration & SCI reporting for Manhattan WMoS
  • Good experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
  • Good experience in MA WMoS Production support and job monitoring
  • Experience working successfully in a highly matrixed work environment and in dealing with vendors, service providers and support organizations in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, and verbalize ideas effectively.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate with managers and team members.

Nice to Have Skills.

  • Strong technical and non-technical presentation and communication skills; able to articulate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Have the ability to effectively work cross-functionally with and through business and IT managers
  • Familiar with relational database concepts

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Manhattan WMoS support


    • Incident and Problem Management

    • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
    • Proactive Application Monitoring & Maintenance
    • Support Product patches and fixes with testing and deployment
    • Participate in Customer/Stakeholders meeting & discussion
    • Liaise with product vendors, other support team and third part support for issue resolution
    • Oversees the engagement delivery
    • Monitor and maintain Onsite-offshore coordination
    • Ensure high service delivery performance
    • Evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes
    • Mentor team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications.
