POSITION INFORMATION

The Ottawa Hospital is seeking a dynamic healthcare leader to join its team in an exciting opportunity to serve as the Manager, Protective Services. Reporting to the Director, Regional Paramedic Program for Eastern Ontario, Operations Command Center and Security, this position is responsible and accountable for managing and administering the overall operation of all Security operations at our many sites in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. The Manager will provide the Hospital with innovative and forward thinking solutions for the security of our staff, patients, and their loved ones that will be part of achieving organization-wide strategies surrounding safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.
The Manager will also be integral to upholding the vision of the Hospital, to provide each patient with the world-class care, exceptional service and compassion that we would want for our loved ones.
