We have a rich history and have been providing residential aged care for more than 40 years.

A highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as our Manager Quality and Compliance.
Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, your role will include:
- Provide leadership to OneCare’s Quality and Compliance Unit to drive a high level of performance and achievement primarily in OneCare’s Clinical Services division.
- Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of objectives and outcomes in accordance to OneCare Strategic Plan under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer.
- Support and deliver best outcome quality systems that aid in ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and the NDIS Standards
- Be involved in and drive relevant quality, compliance and care systems initiatives that assist, support and enables best practice projects
- Provide quality and care systems advice and support for complaints, compliance and other responses required by regulatory authorities
- Conduct regular quality and compliance audits and provide recommendation on specific actions and continuous quality improvement.
- Undertake monthly auditing, analysis and reporting of clinical indicators, including the monitoring of trends.
- Provides support and advice for complex consumers and participants including attending case conferences as required.
- Provide site support during Regional Clinical Services Manager leave or recruitment.
- Monitor trends and best practices in Residential Aged Care and Home Care and seeks innovations to promote excellence in clinical, quality and compliance.
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant health field (i.e. Nursing, Allied Health etc)
- Post graduate qualifications in relevant health field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role or aged care sector.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Check NDIS endorsed
- Current Australian Driver’s licence as there is travel within the role
- Working knowledge in the Serious Incident Reporting System (SIRS), National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program (NACMQIP), Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Standards
