As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our Quality Monitoring and Support team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the QMS team, ensuring effective task delegation, performance evaluation, and planning.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication and coordination.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular reports on administrative activities and team performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Review documents for completeness and compliance with Forvis Mazars’ national and international standards, as well as client requirements.
- Conduct web searches for legal documents and communicate relevant issues to project managers.
- Create documents (digital letters, databases, declarations, or notices) using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or PowerApps according to instructions.
- Request information and/or documents from audit teams or clients, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Code, file, archive, and digitalize documents, maintaining organized and accessible records.
