We are seeking for a Manager Rewarding, HR Information Systems and Administration to join our HR team and be a part of a company that’s reshaping the future with sustainable solutions. Responsibilities:
Design and implement compensation and benefits packages tailored to each country’s regulations and market standards.
Oversee global mobility programs, ensuring smooth transitions for employees relocating internationally.
Manage the HR administration and systems team to maintain efficient HR operations across all assigned regions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives in Australia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Japan, and other Asian countries.
Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations.
Monitor and analyze market trends to maintain competitive reward and benefits schemes.
Lead cross-functional projects related to reward and compensation initiatives.
