Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Rx Product Development to perform complex data analytics on Big Data and design large-scale data structures that address product and operational issues. Duties include: develop end-to-end data pipelines using machine learning algorithms and a Big Data processing technology stack including Hadoop, Cloud and Spark ecosystem; participate in reviews of designs, code, data and feature implementation performed by other data engineers in support of maintaining data engineering standards using Python, Unix and Airflow; adhere to DevOps best practices and the strategic data roadmap while deploying new features into production systems, including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), test-driven development, and version control (Jenkins, Jira, GIT); troubleshoot complex data structures for Rx product and application features; perform root cause analysis; support the implementation of distributed machine learning algorithms into production systems; collaborate with business partners to define product objectives, business requirements, system design, and key performance indicators; engage with infrastructure teams on analytics application requirements including system architecture and configuration, access, tools, services and computing capacity. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems and Operations Management, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Also requires two (2) years of experience working with each of the following: SQL, Python, Scala and Java; relational database management systems (RDBMS) including Oracle, Teradata and MySQL databases; data modeling; data architecture; and data analysis. Pay Range: $98717.00/year to $136500.00/year.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
