POSITION SUMMARY

Our Sales Development team is growing and we are looking for a Manager of Sales Development in London! Harness is looking for leaders who are passionate about coaching & developing young sales professionals into future AE’s and leaders in our sales org. In this role, you will not only hire, coach, train and mentor SDRs but you will also partner cross functionally with marketing, sales, enablement, and revenue operations with the main goal to drive pipeline generation and revenue for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, manage, mentor, coach and train a team of Sales Development Representatives.
  • Collaborate with recruiting to interview and hire driven, goal oriented & motivated SDRs.
  • Execute SDR onboarding and continuous enablement with the help of sales enablement.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SDR processes for pipeline generation.
  • Motivate SDRs and the team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives to meet all goals.
  • Identify ways to increase the quality and quantity of opportunities sent to Account Executives, tracking the handoff process and progress of opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Leaders to ensure strategic SDR support.
  • Analyze team and individual metrics to maximize efficiency and productivity. Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure SDRs are achieving targets and developing skills that will prepare them for their next role.
