Join FORTNA as our Sales Team Manager and lead us to new heights!
At FORTNA, your role as Sales Team Manager is pivotal in steering and shaping our dynamic sales team. We’re seeking a driven professional with a keen eye for leadership and a passion for crafting winning sales strategies. As part of our team, you’ll work hand in hand with various departments to achieve our sales objectives and provide our customers with the very best service.

Main Tasks:

  • Inspire, coach, and guide the development of team members towards success.
  • Set SMART individual goals and objectives, driven by our collective pursuit of excellence.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to discuss progress and celebrate successes.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and strengthen our team.
  • Foster collaboration between departments for seamless integration of sales, project management, and customer service.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop a robust sales strategy with clear goals and action plans for success.
  • Define clear guidelines and opportunities for our sales team, in close collaboration with marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor activities to seize opportunities and overcome challenges.

Sales Operations and Performance:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive our growth and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Facilitate decision-making and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in our sales process for continuous improvement.
  • Invest in our team’s growth through targeted training and development.

Your Profile:

  • Demonstrable experience in leadership within a technical sales environment, preferably in the Parcel or Distribution sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maintain relationships and close deals.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and leverage market trends.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales dashboards, such as Clari, is a plus.
