Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join us as the Manager, School Cleaning Unit at the Victorian School Building Authority
The School Cleaning Unit sits in the Facilities Branch and is responsible for supporting all Victorian Government Schools with the delivery of School Cleaning arrangements. This includes the delivery of an area-based cleaning model in Melbourne metropolitan schools and a strengthened compliance and monitoring framework for regional schools.
Reporting to the Director, Facilities Branch, the School Cleaning Unit Manager will provide direct leadership and accountability for the School Cleaning Unit. The Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the required business unit goals and strategies. It is also expected that the Manager will be heavily involved with all administration activities, including but not limited to procurement, recruitment, reporting and HR related matters to ensure compliance with Department processes and policies.
This position is based at 33 St Andrew Place, East Melbourne. Hybrid working arrangements are available, but regular office attendance is required.
