Description:
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
The position contributes to all European related ‘Self Service Account’ topics. This includes on the one hand the securing of profitable and sustainable account development while respecting the adidas category and brand image. On the other hand, the position holder is responsible for all internal SSA related milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the line manager in representing the European Self Service Accounts business as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa
- Further develop and execute the strategy for all European Self Service Accounts
- To act as the European support function for zones on all SSA related business topics
- Monitor the pre-order intake and orderbook development of all European Self-Service Accounts
- Ensure creation of Sell-In content for all European Self-Service accounts (including presentations & assortments) Tools/SSA to support the Sell-In execution in the zones
- Creation of European E-Mail activations to push Pre-, Re-Order and Clearance business with Self-Service- but also Full-Service accounts
- Create tracking and analyze the order pick-up of Self-Service accounts on key articles + the compliance against respective Thresholds and create E-Mail reminders to push Net Sales.
- Support the Senior Manager Digital WHS Tools/SSA to lead together with EU Sales Development the seasonal account management exercises based on Thresholds (e.g. Exit & SSA) and steer evaluation on other initiatives like Credit Management guidelines etc.
- Ensure that defined Service Level Agreements for Self-Service-Accounts are implemented within the zones
- Support the Senior Manager Digital WHS Tools/SSA in selective strategic topics connected to SSA
- To work closely with Europe/Zone Digital WHS Teams to ramp up digital solutions in order to secure a best possible digital Sell-In for Self Service accounts

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. communication, negotiation)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in business administration with focus on Sales/Marketing
- Business: minimum of 2-3 years in Sales
- Functional: minimum of 3-4 years in the sporting goods industry
- Cross functional experience ideally with marketing/ sales / finance
- Industry: sporting goods / retail / consumer goods
