Description:
As part of the Finance Business Partnership team in the Enterprise Performance Division, you will play an instrumental role in establishing finance business partnership with both new and fast-growing businesses and core divisions within the Changi Airport Group. We partner our businesses and divisions by delivering financial insights, design their end-to-end new finance processes and controls, participate in business development, understand business trends and support stakeholders in their business decision making. Responsibilities:
- Understand the businesses’ key strategies and provide relevant financial insights that value-add to the business performance. Design and prepare regular and adhoc performance reports with impactful data visualisations, together with analyses that link the financial reports to business drivers and strategies.
- Perform pro-active partnering responsibilities and act as a trusted financial advisor to the businesses to resolve strategic and operational challenges.
- Partner businesses in their budgeting and forecasting processes, with input from key business stakeholders, while ensuring financial reasonableness.
- Design and map out end-to-end finance processes for new business initiatives and ensuring controls are in place for risks identified.
- Serve as a conduit for review of existing policies and processes between stakeholders and finance teams, and contribute to ad-hoc projects to further drive improvement and efficiency.
- Initiate and support any change initiatives or project / process improvements that will improve the efficiency and accuracy of forecasting, budgeting, monitoring and reporting of financial performance of the businesses.
