JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the General Secretary/Deputy General Secretary, the Manager, IR&SM will work to develop and streamline the FAS’s strategic functions of the FAS which include but not limited to funding-related activities, fostering partnerships and engagements with key international stakeholders such FIFA, AFC, AFF and other Member Associations.
The Manager, IR&SM will also manage strategic internal stakeholders for the FAS including but not limited to MCCY, SportSG, SNOC, other government agencies as well as FAS Members.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in driving and managing FAS’ strategic initiatives through the General Secretary’s Office.
  • To manage key partnerships with government agencies and funding authorities to maximise funding opportunities for the FAS, including all reporting procedures.
  • To manage key strategic relationships with FIFA, AFC and AFF to ensure full optimization and utilization of funds for FAS, including all reporting procedures.
  • Integrate and prepare reports for Senior Management Meeting (SSM), EXCO, Council and designated Committee and Standing Committee Meetings.
  • To coordinate key function areas for the FAS Congress/Extraordinary Congress.
  • To assist with the coordination of the Annual Work Plan, SSM and any events involving key stakeholders for the FAS.
  • To manage special projects pertaining to the review of policies, procedures and SOPs for the FAS.
  • Plan and coordinate key FAS events, ensuring adherence to protocol and formalities.
  • Stay updated on international developments in football, including regulations, trends, and key events.
  • Any other duties assigned by the President, General Secretary and/or Deputy General Secretary.
