We are looking for an advocate in our Learning & Development team, where you would drive and promote our learning initiatives to equip our people with the right knowledge and skillsets to meet our strategic priorities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably 3 to 5 years working experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of implementing successful L&D initiatives
  • Good communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Good understanding of L&D frameworks and adult learning principles
  • Good knowledge of available training programmes in the market, with the ability to identify and curate relevant learning resources
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in performing data analytics and skilled in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and other digital learning platforms would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Review and update existing training roadmaps as well as develop new roadmaps to address new job families
  • Assist in identifying core/functional competencies and training courses to align with NHB strategic priorities and divisions’ needs
  • Support the facilitation of training, sharing or focus group sessions to encourage interactions and raise awareness of the learning initiatives, leveraging innovative and engaging learning methodologies
  • Use various learning platforms to drive learning such as customised workshops, learning journeys, talks or e-learning
  • Evaluate training applications and identify relevant training opportunities, including external partnerships and collaborations
  • Develop and manage learning analytics dashboard for effective analysis of L&D training data and budget for reporting, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making
  • Actively contribute as a member of HR committee or related working committee
