Description:

[What the role is]
You will be part of HR Division that fosters the holistic development and growth of our teams and people. As the Manager/Senior Manager (Payroll and Benefits), you will be responsible for smooth processing of Payroll and Benefits matters.
[What you will be working on]

Reporting to Deputy Director (HR Planning and Services), you will:

  • Be involved in the review, implementation and administration of Benefits policies and processes. An example is the administration of leave, benefits and claims matters to ensure accuracy, timeliness of payment as well as compliance with the organisation’s policies.
  • Perform monthly payroll processing which includes but not limited to ensuring payroll processes comply with statutory (e.g. CPF/ tax) and audit requirements and adhering to the organisation’s policies for the different types of payment.
  • Perform Workday system functional lead role for payroll, leave and benefits modules.
  • Attend to general enquiries from staff pertaining to Payroll and Benefits policies and processes

[What we are looking for]

  • At least three to eight years of relevant experience in Payroll and/or Benefits
  • Experience in using Workday is an advantage
  • Attention to details, self-driven, resilient hands-on problem solver and multi-tasker with sound analytical and project management skills.
  • Service oriented mindset with a passion in driving continuous improvements initiatives to improve and enhance business practices.
  • Ability to work within tight timelines and engage multiple internal and external stakeholders.

You may be appointed on a 2-year contract in the first instance.
