Description:

[What the role is]
Enhance Social Service Agencies’ (SSAs) productivity and ability in service delivery by guiding and supporting them in their implementation of capability building plans in digitalisation, people practice and volunteer management.
[What you will be working on]
In partnership with internal and external stakeholders to support SSAs’ in the adoption and implementation of various capability development initiatives in digitalisation, people practice and volunteer management. Develop the social service sector/ subsector digital strategies, initiatives and tech suite packages and accelerate SSAs’ digitalisation based on needs, digital readiness and aspirations. Grow digital savvy manpower through literacy, upskilling and cultivation of Ops-Tech champions. Guide and provide support in the execution of the capability development initiatives, and in the use of evaluation tools (e.g Employee Engagement Survey, Data Acceleration Index and Voluntary Management Matrix). Identify the tools and data required to articulate the impact of transformation work. Work in collaboration with professionals and consultants to drive value-led work in advancing sector transformation.

Experience:
At least 1 year (Manager) / 3 years (Senior Manager) experience in managing technology projects preferably in the public/ social service sector.
Special Certification(s):
Project management related certification is an added advantage.
