We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Service Delivery.
Principal Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for providing fund accounting and valuation, and administration services to private equity Fund Managers both locally and internationally.

  • Working closely with outsourcing teams for clients’ deliverables and reporting
  • Overseeing cash and securities reconciliation and ensure other procedures are prepared in accordance with company and fund-specific policies
  • Preparing of reports for management team and regulatory reporting
  • Handling of daily BAU processes
  • Ensure efficient funding for payment / settlement of purchases
  • Process accounting entries and calculate management and performance fees in accordance with internal and fund specific policies and procedures
  • Review capital calls and distributions
  • Review of private equity fund of fund investments accounting
  • Ensure funds are operated according to the operating memorandum of the funds
  • Ensure all instructions acted upon are compliant with authentication procedures and that corporate action transaction, trade processing, redemption payments and banking instructions are completed accurately and promptly
  • Ensuring clients’ queries and instructions are attended to on timely manner
  • Attend to auditors on audit queries and financial report preparation

Requirements

  • Degree in an Accounting discipline
  • Relevant years of experience with an investment bank, accounting firm or fund administrator
  • Candidates studying for ACCA, CPA Singapore or equivalent qualification will also be considered
  • You should demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • You should be service-oriented, client focused, proactive and should have responsive approach to responsibilities
  • Team player capable of managing multiple client relationships and meeting tight daily deadlines

To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.
