PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART

  • Master’s Degree or Master of Business Administration is a plus.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • To develop, document, and expose the IT SD&O Processes Management Framework, make it visible to the entire IT SD&O organization.
  • To define the progress roadmap every year based on priorities to develop each policy, process, and standard operating procedure.
  • To proactively collaborate with relevant process owners and subject matter authorities in all organizations to align the process content with industry-standard methodologies.
  • To develop the appropriate metrics, dashboards, and control loops reflecting the level of usage and adoption of all processes.
  • To define and implement an agreed-upon communication calendar.
  • To coordinate recurring communication meetings (both internal and external) and maintain an accurate list of invites.
  • To maintain the IT SD&O SharePoint site up to date, including our controlled dashboard page.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience within a Service Delivery and Operations function, Finance function, or General IT.
  • Demonstrable experience with process management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with managing IT projects and initiatives with a global impact within the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Kit and other internal tools and data management systems (Oracle, My IT, PowerBI).
