Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We are currently looking for a Manager Service Development & Governance to join our Global Service Support and Spares team. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing service delivery through robust governance and the development of innovative service solutions. Reporting to the General Manager Global Service Support and Spares, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our service strategies and frameworks.

AS MANAGER SERVICE DEVELOPMENT & GOVERNANCE YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON THESE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Service Strategy Development: Develop and implement service strategies that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across global markets.
  • Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks that ensure service compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Process description: Create and optimize service procedures and way of working.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational performance.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of service development professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service development initiatives with broader business objectives and customer needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the effectiveness of service strategies and governance practices.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in service development, quality management, or a related field, preferably within the maritime, automation, or navigation industries.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks and experience in implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead projects and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing and mentoring teams.
