Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role as Manager Service Management Office within Stena Group IT. You will be responsible for a team of process owners including our ITSM platform, ServiceNow, and you will be reporting to the Head of CIO Office.

Responsibilities:

Leading the SMO team and ensuring the team deliveries will be your responsibility. The assurance accountability for operational service quality, continuity, compliance, and performance will be assigned to you. You have the leading role related to service compliance, performance, and core process harmonisation.
The role is responsible for achieving benefits from standardizing and following service management policies, processes, and methods being leveraged by our full-service delivery.
You are responsible for developing and anchoring methodologies, processes, models, and the IT Service Management (Service NOW) tool within the organization and its stakeholders. Within this role you will maintain overall process performance and compliance and provide service management reporting.
