Description:

The objective of this function is to drive business innovation and growth for assigned medical specialties across all IHH Singapore hospitals. The candidate should be familiar with product life cycle management, have a good understanding of product marketing, and display strong competencies in client relationship and stakeholder management. Some examples of functional responsibilities include the recruitment of new doctors, business planning and reviews, developing marketing strategy on local and foreign platforms, identifying collaborative opportunities with industry partners and supporting clinical programs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Identify leads and maintain a pipeline of doctors for recruitment.
  • Leverage on data and business analytics to drive insights, identify business opportunities and track progress of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor the changes in disease trends and relevant medical technology advancements.
  • Maintain and develop stakeholder relationships with doctors and industry partners.
  • Conceptualize, plan, execute and track strategic specialty marketing initiatives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and doctors for the creation of marketing materials, product placement in local and foreign channels in physical or digital form, and where necessary, training of local and foreign sales team on product knowledge and sales.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or Marketing
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Product Management in Medical Device or Pharma
  • Nursing/medical background is preferred but not mandatory
  • High level of business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and people skills

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of new doctors to fill specialty gaps and hospital needs
  • Analysis and reporting of key performance indicators of assigned medical specialties
  • Providing insights on medical trends and industry developments
  • Planning and execution of procedural marketing for assigned medical specialties
  • Account management with business stakeholders, doctors and industry partner
