- Clinical leadership and support for a team of experienced and highly valued Speech Pathologists
- Collaborative operational management of speech pathology services across the organisation, in partnership with Unit and Program Managers
- Contribute to clinical service provision across health service, building a strategy to achieve optimum levels with the resources available.
- Accountable management of Speech Pathology resources and staffing within defined budget
- Preparation of monthly activity reports and participation in management meetings
