Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Degree in social sciences, statistics, analytics or a relevant field
- At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in planning in corporate, government or non-governmental sectors
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different levels.
- Good decision-making, analytical skills, Multi-tasking and knowledge of strategic planning and corporate governance functions
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and data analytics tools like Power BI. Analyse data and prepare Dashboards to support management decisions.
This is a 2-year contract position, convertible to a permanent role, subject to the performance and divisional requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct the organisation’s strategic and long-range goals
- Recommend programmes, the viability of partnerships and internal process improvements based on emerging community trends and social, and economic changes
- Obtain feedback and conflict management and report to HOD
- Play a key role in strategy formulation collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
- Drive the Annual and Mid-year Work Plan exercises
- Oversee consolidation of programme outreach for the Annual report
- Review of New Programmes/Initiatives and Strategic Planning Manual.
- Manage and develop SINDA’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by analysing Divisions’ KPIs and identify the areas of improvement and strategies
- Design and Review of Divisional updates, and Management Reports
- Oversee the Customer Relationship Management system’s requirements and prepare a management report
- Provide Secretariat Support for Key Management Meetings (quarterly & annually)
- Assist with any other projects as assigned
