POSITION OVERVIEW

The Manager, Strategic Sourcing is responsible for being a key conduit between store planning and Global procurement. Monitoring and assisting the intention of store design concepts to store opening. (insert zone/market name). This position is responsible for validating costs, in conjunction with the Americas Cost Control Manager, and in charge of potential local sourcing for store design elements while maintaining the store and brand image.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Management or Procurement
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing with deep expertise in Design, Construction, Utilities, Supplies, Fixtures, Finishes, Fabrics, Facilities Maintenance and Visual Merchandising
• Experience with strategic sourcing and procurement globally
• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with suppliers and strong relationship management experience
• Knowledge of global contracts
• Experience managing large scale cost of procurement spends globally
• Knowledge of supplier ecosystems and markets that serve Store Design, Construction, Interiors, visual displays, windows and associated categories globally and in the luxury market
• Ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
  The hiring range for this position ranges from $117,810 - 166,320. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience
