You will have demonstrated, practical experience in enterprise architecture, application portfolio management, and integration architecture and enterprise level portfolio planning and prioritisation methods and practices Functional/ Technical Skills & Competencies.
You will also understand the importance of continuous improvement, supporting transitional projects and work cultures for the future as we continue to focus heavily on carbon reduction and sustainability. Skills and qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s BS/BA degree in Finance and/or Computer Science, Master’s degree preferred
• Certification in Project Management highly desirable
• Experience with Lean IX Enterprise Architecture tool highly desirable
• Ability to sell enterprise architecture and strategy concepts to business people with a focus on business value and benefit
• Leadership experience in the establishment and running of enterprise strategy and architecture practice
• Experience working in a highly technical environment (knowledge of ITIL & experience with S4 HANA highly desired)
• Must be able to understand the big picture and to evaluate technologies including cloud platforms or vendor platforms in alignment to strategic plan and business requirements
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and strong presentation skills
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence teams to follow directives established by IT governance.

Reporting to the Head of Information Technology and part of the IT Leadership Team, the Manager, Strategy and Enterprise Architecture will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing development of enterprise architecture and Information Technology strategic planning capabilities and maintain alignment between the commercial business strategy and Information Technology strategy and enterprise architecture.
The role will gain organisational commitment for all high-level technology plans and initiate and participate in projects to evaluate technologies and methods for implementing these plans. These strategic directions will be defined in technology implementation roadmaps that detail the implementation of initiatives to enhance a secured business environment while applying resources efficiently. To enable these plans and strategies, this position will develop and maintain enterprise infrastructure roadmaps, provide technical and administrative support to InfraBuild Technology management team, and evaluate vendor products and services.
