Join Our Team as a Manager of Succession Planning and Talent Pipeline!

We are seeking a talented and strategic Manager of Succession Planning and Talent Pipeline to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining the talent and leadership strategy, frameworks, processes, and policies to drive our organization’s success.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BCom (Hons) Industrial Psychology ( Essential/Minimum or )
  • BSc (Hons) Industrial Psychology ( Essential/Minimum or )
  • BA (Hons) Industrial Psychology ( Essential/Minimum or )
  • BA (Hons) Organisational Psychology ( Essential/Minimum or )
  • BCom (Hons) Human Resource Development ( Essential/Minimum or )
  • B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) ( Essential/Minimum )
  • Management Development Programme ( Essential/Minimum )
  • Masters Industrial Psychology ( Recommended/Desirable or )
  • Masters in Organisational Psychology ( Recommended/Desirable )

8-10 years Extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, or organizational development, with a focus on succession planning, within a senior management role.

Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate Profile (Includes but not limited to):

Ability to:

  • Define the talent and leadership strategy, frameworks, processes, and policies.
  • Ensure that talent management (through succession planning) and leadership development are implemented across the Group.
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive succession planning strategies to ensure the continuous availability of talent for key leadership positions within the organization.
  • Ensure a uniform standard of decision-making selection criteria is in place and applied for all development and career succession processes.
