• Lead resource and work package planning to support team strategies, roadmaps, and projects, ensuring balanced workloads and intervening as necessary for sustainable productivity
• Take charge of defining team members’ roles, assigning responsibilities, and shaping internal workflows to ensure transparent planning, workload management, and alignment with external processes
• Ensure the team possesses the necessary skills to fulfill their responsibilities by either developing existing members or reassigning roles as needed, maintaining accountability for the team’s competency profile
• Represent the team to management, ensure adherence to defined scopes, and align with stakeholders on objectives
• Contribute to defining internal processes and quality management system (QMS) procedures, while ensuring the team follows these processes diligently.
