Responsibilities and Duties
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment processes for a diverse range of positions, including operations, sales, and software engineering roles.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Enable specialized recruitment programs to address unusual needs and spikes in hiring volume and/or develop proactive pipelines.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop customized recruitment plans for each role.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and overall business goals.
Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop training programs for recruiters to enhance their skills in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet hiring demands and ensure optimal team performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting accountability, innovation, and professional growth.
Recruitment Operations
- Lead design, refinement, and optimization of the end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a best-in-class candidate and employee experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Contribute to enhancing our employer brand, ensuring that our organization is positioned attractively in the job market.
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and hiring managers to develop and execute effective onboarding programs that promote seamless integration and a positive start for new hires.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard external recruitment partners/vendors as needed to support hiring objectives. Manage vendor relationships effectively, ensuring alignment with company values, quality standards, and cost-efficiency.
Data & Analytics
- Establish and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage data to forecast hiring needs, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, best practices, and employment laws.
- Ability to lead design and optimization of recruitment processes for enhanced efficiency and candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- A passion for diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- 5 years of experience in leadership with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high performing team.
- 3 years of Workday experience is required.
