Description:

IT WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS IN THIS POSITION FOR YOU TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING CAPABILITIES AND DISTINCTIONS:

  • Advanced Education: A Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Professional Certifications: Such as Certified Coach or CIPD certification.
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or similar industries is preferred.

TO FULFILL THIS ROLE SUCCESSFULLY, YOU MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Educational and Professional Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Hotel Management or a related field, with proven experience in international environments.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to lead by example, inspire change, and communicate Leadership programs across all levels of the organization. Your leadership should be both influential and inclusive, fostering an environment where diverse ideas and perspectives are valued. Be able to present ideas in an influential way to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of strategic decision-making and problem-solving. You should be adept at using data to drive planning and evaluate the impact of various initiatives.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: The capacity to adapt to changing landscapes and the foresight to incorporate innovative practices in leadership development tailored to unique regional needs.
  • Be Technical savvy: proven experience of maximizing technology and leveraging Excel, PowerBI (or similar data visualisation tool) and Copilot to assist us in reporting and analyzing data.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 45% of the time, across the regions which is essential for connecting with teams and implementing strategies effectively across geographies.
