In our Electric Vehicle Systems business line (EVS) we develop and manufacture battery systems from 48V up to High Voltage for automotive and industrial applications. Valmet Automotive covers the full range from contract manufacturing to a TIER1 system supplier.

HERE’S WHERE YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

We have grown rapidly in our Electric Vehicle Business line and there is today roughly 1500 of us in several sites both in Finland and in Germany. In recent years our focus has been on recruitment, but now we will need to put much more effort in supporting our existing employees to excel in their roles.
This is the reason we are now seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Manager, Talent Management, to join our team. This person will be responsible for spearheading our organizational development initiatives, cultivating leadership capabilities, and championing a culture of continuous learning and improvement. These are the three most important areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth. Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and agility. Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs tailored to the needs of current and future leaders.
  • Develop a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Curate and/or create learning content that supports skill development and knowledge enhancement across the organization.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of learning initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.
