YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, a related field or an equivalent qualification
  • Proven track record in IT or business/industry, including project execution
  • First experience in a leadership role is beneficial
  • Strong business acumen, including industry- and domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging application and cloud technologies and practices, and how other enterprises are employing them
  • Self-starter who self-assesses and solicits feedback from others to improve their performance
  • Fluency in English, intermediate German skills

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the operational support roles for workplace services
  • Lead, coach and develop direct reports, and oversee contract resources
  • Identify, monitor, publish, and manage goals and measurements to show improvements to workplace operations
  • Collaborate with service providers to define and manage service operations efficiently across teams
  • Act as a process owner and operate service management processes
  • Ensure processes are in place to escalate and drive resolution for issues
  • Partner with functional areas to support employees – including other IT teams, facilities, and HR
  • Responsibility for lifecycle management (acquisition, setup, deployment, repair, collection and retirement) of digital workplace hardware and software
  • Observe new technology trends that should be brought into the workplace operations team to improve business processes
  • Consolidate operations capabilities in complex enterprise organizations to improve efficiencyDelivery of hybrid working excellence to improve customer and user experiences
