Responsibilities:

  • Formulate partnerships and establish Pan-European programs and guidelines for service retention initiatives.
  • Create market guidelines for service retention programs, ensuring accessibility for all customers.
  • Build a business case for service retention programs and develop training materials and programs for service retention, emphasizing inclusivity and diversity.
  • Develop training materials and execute Train the Trainer (TTT) events.
  • Collaborate with different departments to align on service retention programs and initiatives, incorporating building blocks into Sales training for a cohesive approach.
  • Implement Pan-European Motor Insurance Strategy for accident repair business and increased body parts turnover.
  • Establish a Pan-European Roadside Assistance (RSA) Strategy to support customers efficiently in case of vehicle issues, incorporating customer satisfaction monitoring (using NPS methodology), follow-up, and continuous process improvement.
  • Execute User-Based Insurance (UBI) strategy integrated into Kia Connect/OneApp tools.
  • Establish Pan-European Roadside Assistance (RSA) Strategy with a focus on customer satisfaction and digitalized customer journeys.
  • Launch fully integrated Pan-European repair finance and Pre-Paid-Maintenance programs.
