Description:
HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE:
- Managing the design and configuration of workflow-based interfaces including mapping of standard formats like EDIFACT, IDOC, JSON, X.12, XML and others and specific formats either into our internal format and vice versa or directly into destination format
- Knowledge of communication protocols like AS2, OFTP, SFTP and API
- Functional and integration testing and detailed implementation and change documentation
- Managing maintenance and configuration changes of the used middleware software
- Perform analysis of incidents and provide corrective actions
- Proactively watches alert notifications both directly from the middleware as well as from the service desk and resolves or escalates these as required
- Professional interaction with the team and with internal and external customers at all times
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed professional training or Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in computer science/ computer engineering or provable equivalent experience
- Experience and knowledge in edi message types and protocols used for electronic data interchange and/or experience and knowledge in API-based communication
- Experience and knowledge in edi middleware, especially Lobster data and/or Boomi
- Experience in network technology and network security
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in following change management and change control processes
- Experienced in working both as part of the transformation team and independently
