JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports directly to Head of Total Rewards & HRBP, this position responsible for total rewards operations and practices in line with business needs and is responsible to deliver value added services to management by providing consultations, advises related to HR issues.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Good knowledge in total rewards framework
• Data handling and computational skill
• Broad HR knowledge (recruitment, training, talent management)
• Excellent communication skill
• Understanding of Manpower Law
• Understanding of Employee Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduates with min. 8 years experience
• Experience in payroll, total rewards, benefits, or HR generalist
