[What you will be working on]
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the administration of the Electronic Tourist Refund Scheme (eTRS).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with various stakeholders, including the Central Refund Agencies, Independent Retailers, and Central Refund Counter Operators, to ensure the smooth administration of the eTRS and provide tourists with an exceptional experience
- Maintaining the eTRS system that supports tourist refund processes and operations, in partnership with the Infocomm Division in IRAS
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the eTRS system and improve ground operations, service delivery and tourist experience
- Conducting compliance programmes and audits to detect and recover wrongful tourist refunds
- Managing procurements relating to the administration of the eTRS, using various procurement approaches such as an invitation to tender, in partnership with the Finance and Procurement Branch in IRAS

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in project management, procurement approaches (including invitation to tender) or software testing
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
