Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager, Transportation Services on a permanent basis on our Transportation Operations team. This position requires on-site work and is based in Saskatoon, SK.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

• Have 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in logistics and/or transportation with 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Have a Diploma in Business or Engineering Technology with a preference towards Operations Management (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Have a CCLP, SCMP or equivalent designation is considered an asset.

• Lead, direct and guide the Transportation Services team in the safe, efficient and sustainable execution of all activities in the transportation value stream.
• Develop and lead strategic initiatives across Transportation Services.
• Ensure cost effective decisions are being carried out to provide value to FCL and the entire Co-operative Retailing System (CRS).
• Lead ongoing review of routing files to identify and implement necessary adjustments to optimize inbound and outbound lanes.
• Gauge performance of Transportation Services by measuring key performance indicators.
• Lead and direct Transportation Services with the most effective asset utilization.
• 20% travel required.
