JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a talented, sales-minded professional to join the Ensemble team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving adoption of our cutting-edge technologies, partner programs, marketing tools, and our event series as look to deepen relationships with our valued members made up of independent travel agencies. Assessing sales potential, targeting key members for follow-up and support, and triaging learning needs will be essential to be successful in this role. Your responsibilities will include establishing the needs of our members and recommending solutions to drive engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum three years in sales (travel agency sales preferred) with proven results.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and an ability to communicate effectively with executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence behaviour change is critical.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ownership mentality (no task is too small) with strong judgment, attention to detail and an analytical mind.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, to meet tight deadlines, and to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Low ego and highly collaborative style.
  • Able to effectively manage ambiguity and change while working on cross functional projects and initiatives.
  • Naturally curious with a strong determination to work around obstacles.
  • Collaborative and confident with sound judgment.
  • Unquestionable integrity, high energy, and a sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical stills with good financial and business acumen.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand the needs of a travel advisor in terms of current business obstacles, opportunities for productivity increases, and gaps in sales and marketing solutions.
  • Develop and manage long-term member relationships with travel advisors in your portfolio.
  • Support and lead live training events, attend networking events, and be an active and visible member of our travel community.
  • Collect feedback on Ensemble platforms, and liaise with the team to fill gaps.
  • Promote Ensemble programs during every interaction with members – living, breathing, and eating the benefits of our consortium.
  • Driving results by achieving monthly platform adoption and transaction targets.
  • Working collaboratively across teams to achieve success for the organization and adopting the values and culture of Ensemble, and most important drive value to our members.
  • Travel up to 30% of time.
  • Complete administrative tasks on time (e.g., Expense Reporting, Weekly Activity Reports, Business Plans, etc.)
